Warranty Service Policy
The package's content of TermTeC® Optoelectronic devices includes a warranty card in two languages depending on the country purchased by Termtec Nord® representative. The guarantee card confirms that the Termtec® product was delivered without defects and is fully functional. It guarantees repair of manufacturer errors during the warranty period if the item has been used in accordance with the user manual. The manufacturer guarantees its products against defects in materials and execution for a period of three years from the first time of purchase or from the date of manufacture if there is no receipt for the purchase. To avoid problems, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the device's user manual.
Customers have the right to return products as a result of the product being defective due to order mounting or manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover any external damage to the unit, its cabinet or adjustable shared movements (ie even movement or coarse motion). The warranty does not cover defects of malfunctions caused by accidents, abuse, abuse, disasters, incorrect maintenance or insufficient installation - not to follow the operating instructions and update requests or use with equipment that is not intended to be used with
To return a device under warranty
In case of activation of the warranty repair service, please contact our support center at firstname.lastname@example.org. We check your device's serial number and issue a return label to Postservice. When the national distributor is present, it is possible to physically return to the distributor's office.
Any product returned under the warranty must be packed in a sturdy, exterior shipping carton to prevent transport damage.
In addition, it must be accompanied by the following items:
Letter with a detailed description of the problem and indication of error states.
Copy of the original receipt showing when and where the product was purchased.
Return shipment information, including return address and contact person.
The warranty certificate is filled in by the seller.
The period during which the company provides repair service for the products on the market is three years from the sale day or, if it is impossible to define, from the date of production.
During this period, the manufacturer provides both warranty and non-guarantee service for your product.
The warranty period for rechargeable batteries/devices (including those included in the package) is one year.
Warranty and repair for new and discontinued products
We guarantee a 36-month warranty period after the purchase. Repair Service according to warranty is granted only for an additional fee. Additional agreements for an extended warranty period can be agreed separately when purchasing.
What can be expected if the product stops working within the warranty time?
The product will be repaired;
The product can be replaced with a new product;
The product can be replaced with a similar with the same functionality.
