All prices on thermtecnord.com are shown incl. VAT. All prices are shown in Danish kroner, Swedish kroner, Norwegian kroner, or Euro. There is no credit cards and/or other charges and fees applies. Total cost will be displayed in full before the end of the purchase.
We are always trying to send the order as soon as possible and customer can expect to receive the item in 1-7 business days after purchasing.
All items are shipped with DHL, Post Nord, or UPS.
For all orders, a shipping is added based on the applicable shipping calculations on our website.
We will send Track and Trace Number of Delivery, where customer have the opportunity to follow the package.
At the same time, the package is also insured according to DHL/UPS applicable rules on lost packages.
Kamado ApS cannot be held in charge of delays at DHL/UPS.
In the event of much delayed (several days) or decidedly missing deliveries, Kamado ApS naturally submits a new delivery free of charge.
All items are delivered only as long as stocks are available and reservations are made for backorder as well as discontinued goods.
Reservations are always made for printing errors, inventory management errors and price changes.
An invoice is always attached to the order. Please save this invoice in case of complaint.

Full return policy
Kamado ApS provides 14 days full right of withdrawal, applicable from the day the goods are received.
If customer regret the purchase it is given14 days to return the item.
Customer have a duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it has been received.
Items returned must not be used or damaged and must be returned in original packaging.
Customer must pay the costs associated with returning the item.
Please enclose information of name, invoice number, and that customer want the money back, preferably written on a copy of the invoice.
Further, please provide registration number and account number and the amount will be returned as soon as possible.
Any item can be exchanged within 14 days. Customer have to pay the freight for goods returned.
Kamado ApS sends your exchanged item free of charge. Customer have a duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it has been received.
Items returned must not be used or damaged and must be returned in original packaging.
Returned goods are assigned information with name, invoice number and which item customer want instead.
Items can only be exchanged for goods at the same or lower price (then customer will receive the balance paid). If customer want a item at a higher price, please place a new order.
Incorrect address or not picked up parcel
If it has been written incorrect address or missing delivery information and DHL/UPS cannot deliver your package or customer do not pick it up at the post office within the specified time so the package will be sent back to us, customer will be liable for a handling /shipping fee of 20 Euro,- if we have to send the item to customer again.
It is a customer duty to check if he entered the correct information so that Post Denmark has the opportunity to deliver your package.
Kamado ApS grants 24 months warranty in accordance with the Purchasing Act, extensive deficiencies found in the normal use of the goods.
The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly arising from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
Complaints about errors and deficiencies must be notified to Kamado ApS within a reasonable time after the defect or defect is discovered or should have been discovered.
In connection with complaints cases, Kamado ApS incurs return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund is done by a bank transfer to your bank account. Kamado ApS has for this need for information about the registration number and account number for your bank account.

The amount is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped from Kamado ApS
If you do not complete these fields correctly, Kamado ApS cannot complete your order.

When paying with Anday, we will raise the first payment when the item is shipped. Then you pay a monthly allowance on the last weekday in the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there are zero interest and fees. Once customer have collected the items in shopping cart and would like to pay, customer will automatically be redirected to a so -called secure server.
From here, all communication between customer and the server is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
This encryption ensures that no one can intercept or intercept the information customer enter.
